Title: By the Lake With Harry

Cho arrived by the lake as soon as she got herself organized after her last class. She sat down under the tree waiting for Harry while thinking of how she was going to tell him the news.

Harry’s 7th year had started just the way he had expected it. With two word-fights already with Mr. Zabini, and increasing pain in his scar, he was waiting with anxiety to hear what news Cho was bringing to him.

"Hi Harry. How are you today?" Cho said when she saw Harry coming

"Good thanks, just some pain in my scar, though" Harry replied. "What did you wanted to say to me?"

"Well Harry…you trust me right?" Cho turned around making sure no one was listening "I cannot tell you who I have heard this from I just need you to trust me okay?" Cho hoped she had got the idea through Harry’s head. "You need to avoid Luca completely. Keep away from him at all costs. Don’t speak to him, don’t look at him, just don’t interact with him at all." Cho was sure that Harry was confused by now. She just wanted to get to the point. "Luca is trying to mislead you. He wants you to think he’s your friend and then screw you over to Voldemort."

Cho could not believe she just said that. For a few seconds she just sat there in awe that that had actually come out of her mouth. She was so angered with everything right now that she could barely control herself. She looked at Harry and kindly said, "Just stay away from him and tell Hermione and Ron too… He was going to use them to get to you." Cho felt horrible spilling all this information in the way she did. What was she supposed to do? She didn’t want Harry to get hurt. Apparently he was already in some sort of danger because of his scar. "I’m sorry I had to tell you this way." Cho sat, waiting for Harry’s response...hoping that he wasn’t upset with her for some reason.

It all started to make sense for Harry now, the fact that Luca was the first to be accused to send that vile thing to Ginny, his mysterious behavior overall, it all lead to one thing.

If Luca was not a Death-eater, he fraternized at least with them. "Thanks, Cho, for that information, you are a lifesaver..."

"You’re welcome." Cho said looking over at the lake "I hope everything is alright I’m always here for you…but I have to go now…see you around?" Cho said as she got up off of the ground. She gave Harry a hug and walked away.
