Title: Cho’s First Class

By the time of teaching her first class, Cho was so nervous she forgot to introduce herself until a slytherin boy asked. "You’re Professor Chang right? The one who got hired right out of school?" She replied with a yes but when she did all of the slytherin boy’s friends snickered. Throughout her years as a student, she taught herself to ignore people like this, so why should she give up now? She conintued teaching her class, first teaching them how to get their brooms off the ground. It took the students about a half an hour for everyone to get this down, but Cho had alot of patience so she didnt mind.

It was one of Promise's free periods, and she'd taken the opportunity to take a short ride. Eclipse was feeling lonely, she was used to Promise and Charm's constant company for the past few weeks.

Promise loped up on the huge black animal, who had no saddle or bridle of any sort adorning her body, and leaned back, causing Eclipse to slow to a halt and flick her wings.

"Sorry to interrupt," She said to Cho with a steely glare at the Slytherin boys who were chuckling. Charm hissed and made to take off and maul them but Promise latched on to her tail to prevent such action.

"I just wanted to thank you and wish you good luck." Once again she looked irritably at the Slytherin boys and tapped her fingers idly on her wand as if considering what to do to them. She seemed a bit incensed at their behavior toward a their new professor. It was rude and disrespectful. Finally she just waved farewell to Cho and spurred Eclipse into a full gallop toward the offending group of boys. Eclipse made an angry sound in her throat and her green eyes flashed against her black fur. At the last moment before crushing the boys beneath her hooves she leapt into the air and spread her wings. She, Promise, and Charm glided off toward the lake.

Cho was happy to see Promise during her class. Her horse was beautiful. Ginny was supposed to come, but something must’ve come up which was okay, because she thought she was doing just fine without anyone. The minute after Promise left, the Slytherin boys were dead quiet the whole time. Cho figured that she should thank Promise at a later time.

She continued to teach the children how to mount their brooms and finally when the time came, and everyone was good at mounting, she taught them how to push themselves into the air on their brooms. She was amazed at the skill they had at it because when she was a first year, she was horrible at it. It took her about a week just to get the broom up. When everyone was up in the air together Cho looked at her watch and the class was over. She dismissed the students and some even groaned because the class was over. She was very happy with the outcome of this class and her next class was in 45 minutes so she decided to walk around to see if she could find someone she knew.
