Bellatrix’s eyes flitted open and looked around her chambers. She still had that dreaded hangover from yesterday, and although she had slept off a whole day, and taken anti-hangover potion, it still didn't seem to get any better. Dragging herself out of bed, she put on some clothes and took a large does of Old Janx Hangover-over. Collapsing back on her bed, she snoozed for half an hour before someone began banging on her door.

"Oh shut up!" She roared as the person on the other side of the door began to pound harder and harder on the door. Her head was splitting and her eyes were most certainly bloodshot. She made herself look respectable and opened the door.

"What do you want?" she said lazily, her eyes barely open to register the two people at the door.

Draco had pounded hard on his Aunt Bellatrix's door. He was not much of a morning person either, but since he was up, Bella might as well be too.

"You wanted to talk," he said when she opened the door. "Let's talk."

Bellatrix looked up, and saw Draco standing alone. Where had the two people come in? she thought. Maybe it’s just me.

"Ah, well, you might as well come in, excuse the...mess." Bellatrix replied groggily.

Draco had to agree that the room was a mess. He stepped over some hazardous pile by the door and had a seat on Bellatrix's bed.   "So how did you want to divide it up?"

She looked over at him, her red puffy eyes shrinking.

"Narcissa and I have talked about it, and now that you are of age, we agree that we should split it equally." She collapsed onto a chair and didn't bother removing the taro she was sitting on.

"Oh, well, I'm not worried about that so much as who gets what. I mean you can't split a dinner set or a piece of art work three ways," said Draco. "And I was thinking, I'm not really interested in gold so much, well not at the moment anyway. But I think I would like to have Grimmauld Place."

"Yes, I agree, I see no problem with you getting Grimmauld Place, unless your mother wants it, in which case we shall have a draw." She moved over, the taro pushing into her back. She took a swig of anti-hangover potion and waited for him to reply.

Draco smiled. He could not imagine what his mother would want with Grimmauld Place.

"There's another thing, Aunt Bella. I have a plan to get my wand back, but I'll need to borrow a wand to so it. Can you help me?"

Bellatrix smirked and said quietly, "You know Draco; we do have Ollivander in the basement. There is no need for you to borrow one, just get a new one until you can get your old one back." She realized what he was going to do, and stopped in her tracks. "You don't plan to go back to Longbottoms place, do you? Because if you do, I am coming with you." She was not going to let Snape and Lucius scowl at her for another pointless reason. "How do you plan to get it back?"

"I don't want to wait that long," Draco said. "Longbottom might snap my wand any minute. And no, I'm not going to his place. I'm going to convince an old friend to get it for me."

"An old friend?" I said curiously, "whom would that be?" As she waited for Draco’s response Bellitrix decided to move somewhere more comfortable, like the floor.

Draco bit back a sigh. Aunt Bella was not drunk enough not to be curious then.

"Couple of boys named the Creeveys. They're not friends exactly, but they'll do what I need if I put the Imperious curse on them.”

Narcissa soon knocked on the door and opened it. Peeking her head in, she saw Draco and Bellatrix talking.  "Good morning. Draco, I didn’t expect you to be up this early." Narcissa said, walking in. "Have I missed anything important?"

Draco stood as his mother entered. He had been raised well. "Morning, mother. We were just discussing how to divide the Black fortune," he explained.

"Yes Cissy, grab a piece of safe ground, no not over there, that’s got doxy eggs growing, no not there either, just take my space." Finally Narcissa had a seat, and they resumed talking.

"Ahhh. The old Imperio, used it a hundred times. Just make sure you don't screw it up, it can, muddle people up a lot if its not used properly. But, if they are scum, who honestly cares?" Bellatrix said fondly.

Draco crinkled his nose and sat back down on the bed. He would have to sic the House Elves on Bella's room. This was ridiculous.

"I've decided I want Grimmauld Place," he told his mother. "I don't care about the rest of it." Draco said changing the subject.

"I agree he should have it, I'd rather have half the gold, the heirlooms and Black manor, if you all agree with me," She took another a large swig of my anti-hangover potion and shivered.

"Draco, what do you plan on doing with Grimmauld Place? Surely you don’t plan on living on your own just yet?" Narcissa asked, wondering what he was up to.  "That sounds fine to me Bella. What are you drinking, by the way?"

Draco looked embarrassed.  "Well, I wasn't thinking of moving in right away," he said. "But if things go well this year, I was thinking about asking Pansy…" He trailed off and stared at his hands.

"Well, you're free to move in whenever you want. I was just curious. WAIT- asking Pansy what, Draco?" Narcissa asked with a confused expression.

"Nothing," Draco said quickly, flashing his mother a bright, innocent smile.

"Pansy...Pansy Parkinson?" Bellatrix asked inquisitively, finishing off her drink.

"Um, yeah," Draco said. "You know my girlfriend, for about three years now. I mean were weren't really official until fifth year but we did everything together so basically, umm yeah."

"Ahhhh, the old significant other. Is she the online journal with the, oh, I'd better stop while I'm ahead." Bellatrix giggled and grabbed a large bottle of anti-hangover potion and skulled it all, feeling the effects instantly.

"So, how exactly are we going to get the Black family inheritance from Potter?" Narcissa asked.

"That my dear sister, was a very simple process. Mother left instructions to rid Sirius of the inheritance, and I figured it would work on the Potter boy, so I'm using that. Its just a simple potion that needs to be drunk between the people who will be inheriting the fortune." She sat back and waited for a reply.

"Which is where I come in, because I'm potion boy," Draco said.

"Exactly."

Draco looked in dismay at the slightly squished taro in Bella's chair. "Aunt Bella, do you have the rest of the ingredients? Can I have them?"

Bellatrix leapt up, and raced around her chambers, grabbing all the ingredients.  "Sure, here you go." She pushed the ingredients into his arms and slinked back to her previous position.

Draco tried to arrange the ingredients without dropping them and ended up letting many of them fall onto the bed. He kept thinking of how appalled Snape would be by this mess. Still, most of the ingredients still looked usable. "And the instructions?"

Bella once again stood up and raced to a corner of her room. Grabbing a large book, she placed it on the bed next to Draco. "There you go, are you all set?"

Draco opened the book to the page, which had been dog eared (yes, to his library haunting horror dog eared), and examined the potion in question. It was not quite as complicated as he may have feared. The old Black family recipe did call for the lost items to have been 'marked' by the family, but knowing what he did of the Blacks, Draco doubted much had been left unmarked.

"It will take a little time," Draco said. "But I'm ready to get to work on it."
